Milk Allergy Alert – Morrisons Fresh Ideas Mini Chicken Roast

Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC recalls one date code of Morrisons Fresh Ideas Mini Chicken Roast due to a packaging error resulting in incorrect labelling information.

Morrisons Fresh Ideas Mini Chicken Roast


Due to a packaging error, some packets of Mini Chicken Roast contain chicken en croute containing milk. As a result, the presence of milk is not declared in the ingredients list or on the allergen advisory box. Therefore, it is a potential health risk for people who are allergic or intolerant to milk or milk constituents.

Action taken by the company:

The company has withdrawn all affected stock and recalled from customers with a milk allergy or intolerance. Customer notices have been displayed in stores to alert consumers to the reasons for the recall and the actions they can take if they have purchased the product. In addition, the company has contacted the relevant allergy support organisations who will inform their at risk members of the recall.

No other Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC products are known to be affected.
